Nashville's Best Public & Airport Transportation

Whether you are in Nashville for business, pleasure, or a combination of the two, getting around town is important: There’s so much to do here! Fortunately, there are several transportation options, including taxis, public transit, and car sharing.

Nashville Airport Transportation Options

Getting into downtown Nashville or the surrounding area is easy once your flight lands at Nashville International Airport (BNA). Here are your options for ground transportation:

Shuttle service: Many hotels and off-site parking services offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. There are also shared ride shuttles that serve BNA, offering lower transportation costs than taxis.

Taxis and ride shares: Taxi companies and ride share providers (such as Uber and Lyft) also operate at BNA. Pickups are at the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. Uber customers should meet their rides at Zones B & C while Lyft passengers can meet their cars at Zone A.

Public transportation: WeGo Public Transit operates the #18 bus route to and from the airport. These buses run seven days a week, including holidays, and begin service in the early morning hours and operate late into the night. The bus stop is at the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1, Garage 2.
